You win the game when you have completed the tasks required in each room. You must complete all 3 rooms to win the game and collect your free prize.

The game will remember where you’ve left off, even if you close and exit the app. However, you will need to be at a participating mall to unlock the doors. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, the game will start over entirely and it will not remember where you left off.

Tap on the room door you’d like to re-enter when the mall display pops up. Room doors are displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. 

Unfortunately, most always not.  The overall shopping center will usually stay open longer and be opened on weekends, while the mall management office typically operates on more traditional business hours (ex. 9-5pm M-F).  If you have any questions about the hours for any specific mall management office, we recommend calling the mall management office to inquiry on the exact operating hours.
